Each of our carrier partners contribute outstanding customer service to our collective passengers. In addition:
- Aeroflot as the largest Russian airline offers daily flights to 89 destinations in 47 countries. Thanks to its geographical position Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport, Aeroflot's hub, is the most convenient gate for the transit traffic between Europe and Asia, Commonwealth of Independent States (C.I.S) and the cities in Russia.
- Aeroméxico has long been recognized as a market leader in on-time performance and is the preferred choice in air travel for passengers in the Mexican and Latin American markets.
- Air France's hub at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport offers an extensive schedule of connecting flights to points throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. It is the best-positioned hub geographically in Europe for transatlantic passengers traveling beyond a European gateway. It is currently the European Hub with the greatest number of weekly long-haul to short-haul quality connections: more than 17,200 weekly opportunities, far ahead of Frankfurtand London. In addition, the airport offers great potential for further capacity growth.
- Alitalia, with more than 812 daily flights, provides easy and frequent connection to 101 destinations in Europe, Africa, Asia and America through its major hubs of Milan Malpensa and Rome Fiumicino.
- Offering the highest flight frequencies in China, China Southern’s membership strengthens the alliance’s position in serving the world’s fastest growing markets, with increased service to Europe, Australia and Asia.
- Continental's hubs in Houston, Newark, Cleveland and Guam further open SkyTeam's route network, acting as gateways to Latin American and Asia-Pacific destinations.
- CSA Czech Airlines' route network allows passengers traveling to and from Central Europe to benefit from greater travel options and convenience. The airline also contributes to the alliance's network between Western and Eastern Europe via its hub in Prague.
- Delta's hub at Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport offers passengers more connections than any other airport in the world, with 2,400 daily flights to 192 destinations. It is the largest single-carrier hub in the world. Customers have access to a global network of 4,197 flights each day to 287 cities in 47 countries on Delta, Delta Shuttle, the Delta Connection carriers, SONG and Delta's Worldwide Partners.
- KLM's extensive network adds a range of new destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. KLM's hub in Amsterdam is recognized as one of the best and most convenient in the world.
- Korean Air's hub at Seoul's new Incheon Airport is the future-leading hub in Asia and one of the few major hub airports in the world with room to expand. Korean Air, one of Asia's largest carriers, serves 98 destinations in 31 countries around the world.
- Northwest is the world's fifth largest airline with hubs in key regions throughout the world, including Detroit, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Memphis, Tokyo and Amsterdam and approximately 2,700 daily departures. Northwest serves 222 North American cities, 15 destinations in Asia, and five European cities.

There is no intent to globally consolidate personnel worldwide. We will explore ways to enhance customer service through the use of common facilities, such as joint city ticket offices, airport facilities and lounges.

In January 2002, Air France, Alitalia, CSA and Delta received antitrust immunity (ATI) from the U.S. Department of Transportation, which allows them to expand and enhance their current cooperative marketing relationships, and coordinate their respective flight schedules to create a more effective alliance out of the U.S. KLM and Northwest enjoy a similar antitrust immunity that was first granted in 1993. Antitrust immunity allows the carriers enjoying it to coordinate sales, cargo and marketing activities, and to partner in frequent flyer programs and pricing and revenue management initiatives. A closer working relationship among the carriers generates efficiencies for each carrier and makes each airline a stronger competitor in the global air transportation marketplace.
|
> |
 |

The current ATI permits Air France, Alitalia, CSA Czech Airlines and Delta to cooperate in the operation of their trans-Atlantic routes, improving the quality and competitiveness of the services they offer to customers, while retaining their separate corporate and national identities. The same is true for KLM and Northwest.
ATI also allows KLM and Northwest to cooperate, however, current ATI approvals do not allow the two sets of carriers (Air France, Alitalia, CSA Czech Airlines, Delta and KLM, Northwest) to coordinate together.

Yes. Each carrier is permitted to file this fare in the markets they serve using the favorable interline agreements between our carriers. This program is in place today among the incumbent members. It will be extended shortly to the new members. We also offer an "Around the World" Frequent Flyer mileage award.

Because SkyTeam's philosophy is driven by customer needs, we are talking to a number of airlines that will expand the reach and benefits for our customers around the globe.
In addition to Aeroflot joining in 2006, SkyTeam signed an agreement with China Southern, bringing the Chinese carrier even closer to official membership, which is expected later in 2007. In February 2007, three Associate Airline candidates – Air Europa, Copa and Kenya Airways – signed agreements indicating they are on track for official Associate status later this year. The Associate Airline program will expand the SkyTeam network to include more feeder cities around the world, thus strengthening the power of the SkyTeam hub network and providing travelers with more options and greater connectivity.
